The North Durham Family Health Team (NDFHT) is a team of health care professionals collaborating with the physicians of Medical Associates of Port Perry to deliver expanded medical services to Port Perry and our surrounding community. We aim to ensure fair access by offering a variety of programs, services, workshops, and events to all members of the North Durham community
Respiratory Illness Immunization Information
Starting October 27, 2025, we will begin administering the publicly funded COVID, Flu and RSV vaccines to all eligible individuals. Flu, COVID and RSV vaccines require a booked appointment.
All vaccines will be administered based on the supply we receive from Public Health. For COVID vaccines, we are presently receiving Moderna ONLY. If you have previously had an adverse reaction to one of the vaccines, please call our office to speak to a nurse and book your respiratory vaccination appointment. Please confirm your eligibility using the information links provided above prior to booking an appointment.
