Social Worker (Master of Social Work - MSW)
Status: 0.6 FTE Permanent
Position Overview
The Social Worker will be responsible for working with physicians and other Interdisciplinary Health Professionals to assist individuals, families and groups in dealing with complex social issues that may be affecting their overall health. The Social Worker will provide counselling and/or therapy to patients and their families to assist them in managing their overall health.
